History
In 1988, Christopher Hazell MBICSc established Lynx Cleaning Services as a Commercial Contract Cleaning Company covering General office and window cleaning. After a successful five years working for the construction industry, cleaning various new buildings ready for clients. The business expanded to include employees and moved into other areas of cleaning and maintenance, specialising in small to medium sized buildings. We have been members of the National Federation of Window Cleaners since 1990 and A personal member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science since April 1995
Lynx Cleaning Services split the Commercial & Residential side of the business forming Lynx Residential specialising in cleaning common areas to flats & retirment homes during the day.Lynx Cleaning Services became Lynx Cleaning Ltd in 2000 as Commercial Contract Cleaners and has continued to grow to a point that it now cares for a limited number of clients in providing the highest standards in the industry today, cleaning and maintaining business of all sizes in a variety of ways.
We now only specialise in the following Towns: Brentwood, Billericay, Laindon, Shenfield, Hutton, Harold Hill, Harold Wood, Upminster, Hornchurch, Romford, Ilford.
We have always had a 99% retention rate on our clients due to the fact that we provide a personal service that is second to none
